Yanibes Foundation is a non for-profit organization registered with the Paris (France) non-for profit registry with the numbers: n° RNA : W751274090 and n° SIREN : 929670156. Yanibes Foundation organized all Yanibes events including AfroCannes, AfroBerlin and Yanibes Mentorship Program.
Yanibes Foundation's flagship events are: 
- AfroCannes during the Cannes Film Festival 
- AfroBerlin during the European Film Market at the Berlinale 
- African Fashion Industry Visit with the African Fashion Foundation

​Events Yanibes is/has been involved in as a partner or collaborator: 
- AFRIFF (Africa International Film Festival) in Lagos, Nigeria 
- Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, KSA 
- Durban Film Mart in South Africa
